Volunteer Crisis Counselor

Crisis Text Line is a hotline for anyone in need of help or support. As a volunteer crisis counselor, I supported texters by providing resources and helping them reach a safer situation/ mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Answer text conversations
• Provide resources to help texters cope in the future
• Provide support and validation
